Refunds:

No refunds for incorrect choice or if you change your mind.  

As this product is deemed a consumable there is no warranty therefore refunds will not be applicable.

 

Exchanges:

If this item that has been purchased from us and is not the correct water filter for your model refrigerator, you may be able to exchange it for the correct model providing the item is not opened and is in the original packaging.

You will need to obtain a Returns Form and Authority Number. Please call to discuss further on 02 9737 8007  prior to exchange of shipment.

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. 

 

Exchange Instructions:

Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
